I lost 4lbs on the Beyonce Coachella Diet!

I did the Beyonce Coachella diet, or the ‘Beychella Diet’ for 6 days and lost 4lbs. I had SO much energy on this diet but definitely could’ve done with more food and more variety. I was also doing intermittent fasting which works for me personally. If you have any questions, comment below!
